How Argentina's Julian Alvarez could 'finish' football at Paris 2024

How Julian Alvarez of Argentina could "complete" football at Paris 2024 Julian ALVAREZ Football At

just 24 years old, Julian Alvarez is on the verge of "completing" football.

The Argentine has the perfect opportunity to accomplish this goal in the coming weeks as he competes for an Olympic gold medal in Paris 2024 to complete his

collection.

He was a member of the Argentina team that won the 2022 World Cup in Qatar less than two years ago.

It came only months prior to winning the high pitch — comprising of the Chief Association, FA Cup, and UEFA Champions Association — in his presentation crusade with Manchester City.

He became the first player in history to win both the domestic treble and the world championship in the same season thanks to this feat.

Likewise a Copa America and Finalissima champion, there is minimal passed on to win before Alvarez can flaunt that he has won everything in football.

highlights from the Paris 2024 Olympic football tournament: Argentina at Paris 2024

Argentina know precisely exact thing it takes to dominate gold at the Matches.

They've done it two times previously - Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 - this isn't a new area for them. Even better, the man accountable for driving them towards brilliance,

Javier Mascherano, is one of those double cross gold medallists, winning one close by ostensibly the best Lionel Messi.

However, their Paris 2024 campaign did not get off to the best start, resulting in one of the Games' most contentious moments prior to the opening ceremony.

In the most dramatic way possible, Morocco defeated Mascherano's team 2-1.

Having leveled profound into stoppage time (106 minutes as of now), help set in among fans and players - this game planned to complete 2-2 and they had rescued a point. Because of the uproar in the stadium, the referee was forced to stop the game and send the players back down the tunnel.

After Argentina's equalizer was disallowed for offside, the players returned to the field nearly two hours later to play the remaining three minutes; Morocco would clutch their lead to keep a shock triumph in the Games opener.

Because of their opening-day loss, they knew they had to win their game against Iraq to

improve their chances of reaching the knockout stages.

An agreeable 3-1 triumph helped their case for a spot in the following round, and it was Alvarez who sparkled most splendid as he enrolled two helps and showed others how its done to direct his group to a pivotal success.

If the Argentines succeed in defeating every nation that stands in their way, this could be the beginning of an all-time campaign.

Even though there are always domestic football trophies to be won, nothing compares to a treble, and when it comes to international football, he has won every major award on his list.

That is, unless you win an Olympic gold. Besting the platform here might actually be among the best victories of his profession, for its sheer meaning.

Alvarez would have a chance to "complete" international football with the final medal on his wish list if he won against Ukraine on Tuesday (30 July), beginning with the knockout stage.

Will Taylor Swift be at the 2024 Paris Olympics?

Taylor Swift's visit to Paris during her monumental “Eras Tour” marked the beginning of a new chapter, unveiling a fresh lineup and her 87th performance.

However, will she be back in the City of Lights?

New offer

Throughout the Olympics, Swift will keep her international tour going. Her final show in Europe took place on August 20 in London.

Yet, there are breaks in Swift's schedule. For instance, she doesn't have a concert planned for July 26, the day of the opening ceremonies, and for August 11, the conclusion of the Summer Olympics.

She does, however, have performances scheduled for July 27-28 in Munich, Germany, August 1-3 in Warsaw, Poland, and August 8-10 in Vienna, Austria, all of which are less than three hours from Paris by plane.

Given Swift's successful appearance at the Las Vegas Super Bowl on February 11, following her Tokyo, Japan, performance on February 10, it's definitely a possibility for her to visit Paris again.
